“A rainbow, the beauty that comes after a storm and a symbol of hope, is a description women lovingly use for their babies that are born after a miscarriage, still birth, or infant loss.

For women who have experienced a loss, conceiving a “rainbow baby” doesn’t make them forget the loss, take it away or diminish it, but it does give them hope for a new chance at motherhood.”

My story is that I miscarried twice in Nov 2011 and Oct 2012. First being a baby boy at 23rd gestational week, second were a pair of twin boys at 21st gestational week. They were all borne alive but didn’t make it eventually. Fast forward, in Jun 2015, I welcome my rainbow baby, Titus Low…

The journey has not been easy, many came forward and asked how I overcome it. Back then, I didn’t have the answer. However, now my boy who just turned 9 years old. I guess, I can say I can share how I overcome and did it.

By going through a life transformation myself, I took steps to rebuilding my health and working on my mindsets as well. I am now a Health & MAP Coach to help people through physical and mental health transformation. We can be better 1 step at a time.
